"The room had lots of amenities, a fridge, microwave, hob, tv,2 beds, air dehumidifier, ceiling light and fan, electric portable heater,many electrical points, inc USBs. The bathroom was nice, but the toilet seat had come off on one side so when we sat down it would move, so dangerous. We went out for the evening, so I messaged detailing the issue, and asking for it to be repaired. When we got back about 11pm, it hasn't been touched. They'd seen my WhatsApp msg soon after sending, so not happy that they didn't respond to my msg, and didn't repair seat."
