"The room was clean, with clean bedding sheets, but there was a stain on a carpet. The size of a room for two people was on a smaller side. We did not eat breakfast, staff was over the top in terms of help, they gave us a lot of milk and coffee, when requested. Air con was absolutely wonderful, the room was chilled."

"It was a great & clean hotel! Good breakfast too! Like in London all A/C systems are very low with the cooling system. My recommendation to all London hotels is give an alternative to the guests for padded duvet and regular just sheet duvet NOT padded due to the extreme heat Europe is going through. Fortunately we were provided at our request a single sheet! Overall a good experience with this hotel."
