"Great location near all the main sites in Ortigia! Loved how close it is to everything via walking. Hard to find and difficult to get parking nearby, but once there, amazing stay and highly recommend."

"Beautifully decorated and extremely clean, the breakfast was also delicious! Great location and within walking distance to the centre of Noto. Communication with them prior too and during our stay was exceptional and they were very accommodating. All staff were super friendly and welcoming! Shout out to Alessandra in particular for her hospitality! "

"The property is beautiful surrounded by lemon trees. It is located off of a busy road which is only accessible by vehicle. You can't walk to Noto, it is very dangerous. You definitely need a car and if I had known, i would not have stayed there. The owner Fabrizio was very helpful and so was Sergio. The Breakfast was mediocre, and beds were comfortable. I think that it was expensive for what we got."

"We left after the first night, fortunately the Hotel Porta Reale had last minute availability, they were excellent. The air conditioner at A Calata could not cool the room, it was 25 Celsius/77 Fahrenheit all night. The balcony was covered in bird droppings. The room was noisy and there was no breakfast in their advertised "breakfast" room. This is a self service accommodation, not a full service bed and breakfast. We never met anyone from the property. They refused to refund our...

"The hosts were welcoming and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was very good and served in a pleasant garden area and the location was very close to the centre of the historically interesting baroque area in Noto with all its amenities. We would stay there again."

"San Carlo suites is so beautiful THe attention to every detail in this hotel is amazing. I loved the room and the amenities and it is right on the main street in Noto (with the famous Cafe Sicilia right below). The staff are incredibly helpful and the breakfast is 10/10! It's lovely having the breakfast out on the balcony. The bathroom is stock with Oritigia products from Siciliy and everything in Noto is accessible by foot. The only issue was the live band at night that played at a downstairs bar until 12:30AM when I was there. The windows are "sound proof" but the band was right below so the music was very loud. Despite this, I am still giving the hotel 5 stars because the facilities and staff were amazing. "
