Very nice young man, Eduardo, greeted us & showed us around the property. There was a rooftop area that was quite nice. Parking was off site, on street, but free & an easy walk to the B&B. The B&B is located just off the main pedestrian only street in Noto so location is perfect. Breakfast was good too.

Beyond Amazing!

Amazing B&B one of the best I ever stayed. From the moment you arrive the attention is exceptional. This place is a family business run by brothers and all of them are really heart centre. Very friendly make you feel really at home. The building is beautiful as well as the rooms. Great attention to details and the breakfast is really gummy! All food is home made and again you feel the passion of the owners who want make you feel happy from the very early hours (breakfast) The location is great just few steps from the main road in Noto where everything is going on but still the place is quiet as is off the main road. I definitely will highly recommend it.

Stefano was very accomodating , helped with luggages on arrival and departure, since no cars are allowed on the street during the day. Great location , beautiful roof top , and delicious breakfast. Will definetly return.

Lovely little hotel

Lovely little place in the heart of Noto. You need to have a car to get to the beach, I'm not sure if there's buses running. Parking is also very difficult, it took us an hour to park the car as both car parks full and no on street parking.

Overall GREAT!

Beautyfull family owned place. Rooftop with jacuzzi and bar, nice common area for breakfast. Highly recomended. For parking it is best to contact them before arival and they will register your car on a parking one minute away from the property. I will attach a foto of the parking.

Charming and Memorable

Beautiful, stylish room with a private terrace. Wonderful location and not far to walk from the train station. Delicious breakfast including local fruits, homemade baked goods, and great expresso. The three brothers who own this lovely property are so charming and delightful. The rooftop terrace with its comfy chairs is pure magic.

We reserved a room in the property but we end up with a little house in another street. The house was in poor condition, dusty, plus it’s a 2 floors house, the bedrooms are upstairs, it has a really dangerous stairs, and toilets downstairs it’s really scary to go down especially when you want to go the restroom in the middle of the night, very inconvenient. Make sure when making the reservation not to fall for this trap.

En ganske særlig positiv oplevelse

3 yngre brødres der ejer stedet og en nærliggende restaurant ,tilbyder en enestående service og kvalitet. Zioli er ikke et hotel i traditionel forstand ( kun 4 værelser) Og beliggenheden ,hvortil der ikke kan køres i bil er en udfordring,men stor hjælpsomhed fra et personalet afhjælper problemet.

Greatly located next to where you want to be but stil in a quiet area. The owners, two brothers, are very nice and professional, and it feels like being home. Happy to contribute to their dream, their passion can be seen in the details of the property and the quality of the food. The rooftop terrace is unique in the city and a must see. I highly recommend you stay there for more than one night.

We had a great stay

My wife, son and I had a very nice stay at the b&b. Great location, very good service, a clean room and really good breakfast with local products. Our host was very friendly and helpful with good tourist advice. The place has nice roof terrace with a great view. Can certainly be recommended:-)

Central to everything you want to see....

Beautiful rooms in a great location. The roof terrace is amazing for a morning relaxing or an evening catching the last few rays. It can be a little noisy because you’re so central to everything but you are so central it’s definitely worth it as everything you want to see it right on your doorstep. The owner is also lovely and makes a good fresh breakfast each day.

Zioli supassed our expectations. Francesco and Stefeno were so welcoming and hospitable. The breakfast complete with freshly baked goods and freshly squeezed juices were delicious! They made us feel completely at home, assisted with some local travel tips and we’re just generally lovely. I couldn’t recommend this beautiful little B&B more highly for your stay in Noto!

Soggiorno piacevolissimo ci siamo sentiti a casa, Stefano e Francesco padroni di casa eccezionali per simpatia e disponibilità!Colazione sana e salutare ottimi i biscotti fatti in casa le marmellate, le centrifughe di frutta e gli affettati. Struttura nuova e presto con la possibilità, purtroppo siamo partiti poco prima dell'inaugurazione, di usufruire anche di una terrazza con bar e vasca idromassaggio. Bravi ragazzi continuate così!Torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi. Grazie .
