"We stayed here over family weekend at Xavier. Very close to campus and we loved the neighborhood! Very quiet and quaint. The unit was nice, it’s an older home, but had lots of charm. The kitchen seems to be the most updated and very pretty. Beds were comfy. We liked having fans in the bedrooms. The driveway is very tight for our large SUV, but we squeezed in 😂 very typical for the area, so not unexpected for us. The owner was quick to respond. We would stay here again!"
