GREAT AREA GREAT PLACE GREAT HOST

GREAT LOCATION, PRIVATE LOCATION, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, THE BEDS ARE SUPER COMFY!! THE HOST IS VERY GOOD WITH COMMUNICATING IF YOU NEED ANYTHING. JUST A GREAT LITTLE SPOT TO STAY WHILE IN THE AREA. WE STAYED HERE TO BE CLOSE TO THE STADIUM AND TO BE ABLE TO GET TO DOWNTOWN EASILY.

Girls night out!

Seth made the entire process easy. We attended a concert at Bogarts and decided to make it a girls night out! The property was perfect. Beds are comfy and apartment is clean! Highly recommend.

Family Fun

Super comfortable beds lots of pillows cozy bedding, we were visiting family they were close by away so we loved location ,parking was very convenient we will I’m sure stay there again when we visit next time .Was not sure about doing vrbo very happy liked the door lock all my ?s were answered promptly

It was what it was, until it wasn’t.

The WiFi was awful, and water pressure in the shower was nonexistent. Not much seating either. The beds were comfy though. Also a squirrel lives in the wall in the living room next to the a/c unit.

Overall great

Very great stay! Parking was very convenient and the neighborhood is very safe and close to many things to do. Neighbors were amazing and the check in and out process was quick and simple. No crazy rules like some hosts have. Very quiet at night. AC was nice and cool and everything was mostly clean except the floors and fridge were a little dirty. Our socks were black after walking through the house during the day. It was nothing that would severely impact a stay, but something we thought could be improved on. The wifi was rough and the poor connection made it a struggle to do anything online, especially downstairs. Seth answered my call very quickly when I was looking in the wrong spot for the door code, which was very appreciated! Overall this was a great stay, thank you!

Parking was easy. The bathroom needed a little spiffing up but was handled. The bed was comfy. I would suggest replacing the frying pans.

College graduation and wedding shower

I was looking for a place to stay that was close to my kids and the venue. This was a perfect location. Everytime we come home to Cincinnati it’s always a whirlwind and always a great time. This is a very convenient location for all we had going on. Thank you Seth for being such a great host!

Had a good stay

We enjoyed our stay, check in was easy although there was some confusion with another couple who was apparently told that they were staying in our unit. Beds were comfy and we had what we needed, plenty of parking and no noise issues. A few mild inaccuracies from the photos, the bedrooms are not carpeted and the black chair in the living room was not present. There's not really enough comfortable seating downstairs for 4 people. We only had 3 so we were able to make it work. I would stay here again, but probably not with 4 people unless extra seating was added downstairs.

Nice apartment but cleanliness was a big problem

Cleanliness was a huge problem. The apartment seems like it was flooded or had recent water damage because it smelled strongly of mildew, and the floor was bowed in some places. It also smelled like animal urine. There were several mouse droppings. The floor was dirty. The bathroom mirror shelves were covered in sticky residue. The shower was poorly cleaned, and didn't drain properly so there was always a cold puddle of water. The toilet was installed wrong and wiggled/was unstable when you used it. We contacted the host to address some of the issues during our stay, but the host entered the apartment without notifying us, while we were there, which made us very uncomfortable and therefore hesitant to reach out about the additional issues for fear he might continue entering. When the host entered, he denied smelling anything despite clear stinkiness. I would be very wary of this property and the host and do not recommend it. The one positive thing was that the beds and couch were very comfortable. After the stay, I contacted the host to try to find a resolution, and after a day or two, the host stopped responding altogether and ignored the conversation. Very poor experience.
