"Lovely stay at Golden Triangle Townhouse. I did think all rooms were en suite, but the shared bathroom facilities were good. Lovely and clean and had a great stay. Walkable to the city and bus stop just down the road."
"Very basic. We only needed a bed for the night. Did not notice it was in a pub. But the girl who attended us was nice and did a good breakfast in the morning."
"If you are looking for a budget overnight stay close to the train station for a gig or a show then I would recommend Belmonte. It served that purpose perfectly for me and I would use it again. "
"We booked a five night stay in a Deluxe Superior room and had to move after two nights. It was so noisy we couldn’t sleep, and our room had some maintenance issues that were not attended to after we asked on the 2nd morning eg bathroom mirror light not working in a dim small bathroom with no window or extractor fan (legal?). We asked for a refund as there was nothing deluxe or superior about the room. We were mislead. "
"I had a disabled room which was spacious and easy to manoeuvre a wheelchair around. However, the bed was low and I difficult to get in and out of.The following would have been helpful: - shelving around the sink suitcase stand higher hanging rail in wardrobe The doors in the corridor were a nightmare to get through on walking sticks or in a wheelchair. I could not have managed them on my own. Easier to go round outside of building than use corridors"

"The hotel was totally unique.
Our room was excellent with all the mod cons one would expect to see in a hotel room.
The communal areas were very inviting. The breakfast was very good offering a bit of everything.
All the staff we had dealings with were very helpful and pleasant.
The hotel is situated in a prime position right by the cathedral. The castle, museum, shopping and restaurants and bars are all within walking distance.
I would definitely recommend this hotel."
"This hotel is amazing. It’s beautiful, the food and cocktails are great and the staff are brilliant. Genuinely the best service we have received in a very long time. Cannot recommend it highly enough. "
"The property is great - very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Communication with AirNorfolk was quick and easy as well, and the check-in couldn't have been easier. The location is the possible sticking point. It's convenient to a lot of things, it has a lovely view of the river below, but as others have mentioned it can be noisy. The property description is very clear that this may be the case, and it certainly was on the Friday/Saturday nights that we stayed. Our issues may have been made worse because it was very hot during our visit so we had to have the windows open. If we could have had the windows closed it might not have been as bad. If you're noise sensitive you might want to look at another property run by AirNorfolk. If you're not, this is a great spot!"
