"Perfectly located, beautifully restored historical building. Our room wasn’t ready, so we received a free upgrade to a family room. Decoration wasn’t entirely what we expected, but fun nonetheless."

"Great location and very nice large room. Nice, large shower. Property ia very new and modern. Great value."

"Right in the heart of town, just steps from the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and South Gate! Our rooms were really spacious and spotless. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We used the laundry service, and they were so helpful in setting up the washer and dryer for us. The breakfast spread was so diverse it puts other spots to shame. I’ll definitely make this my home base next time I visit Xi’an!"

"Short & sweet: One of the best hotels in which I have ever stayed. The location is great, the amenities are top notch, the staff is helpful and affable. All-around classy joint."

"Ons verblijf in The Ritz-Carlton in Xi’an verdient vijf sterren. Van de kwaliteit en het comfort tot de persoonlijke service: alles klopte. De kamer was comfortabel en brandschoon, met veel aandacht voor detail. Ook de fitnessfaciliteiten waren uitstekend. De clubtoegang was een waardevolle toevoeging: een fijne plek om rustig te ontspannen en te genieten van de gastvrijheid. Wat dit verblijf extra bijzonder maakte, was de betrokkenheid van het personeel. Nadat ik belangrijke medicatie in de...

"Very nice hotel.. very well situated, super clean, the staff were very helpful and I loved it that they prepared me a breakfast to go since I had to check out super early! A true 5 star experience !! Thank you very much! ❤️🙂"

"迅速なチェックインで気持ちの良い滞在ができた。"

"Room service took too much time at night. Taste good but cold."

"The location was ideal for shopping and access to coffee shops, etc. The room was clean and with a convenient sink outside the bathroom. Two bedrooms made it easy to manage our party of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). We usually pack light in order to be able to wash clothes at least once, however, the "washing/drying" machine was not easy to use and didn't quite do what it was supposed to. We ended up hand washing our clothes and letting it air dry. Iron wasn't working, staff was very attentive and...

"Good location"

"Hotel bello, pulito, stanza ampia colazione perfetta fatta all istante, forse un po lontano dalla metro ma con didi o taxi a poco prezzo giri la città, straconsigliato"

"The location is very convenient, with easy access to the city's main attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and came with complimentary bottled water. Most importantly, the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. One of the front desk staff members, whose last name is Zhao, provided excellent recommendations for transportation and must-see attractions. His helpful advice saved me a lot of time and made my trip much more enjoyable."

"The beds when booking a 2 bed room are twins. We upgraded when my husband arrived and the beds were too small. I slept on the floor the last night as we got in late from Mt hua and had a 6am pick up. I needed sleep, so the floor it was. No time to change. Also, the pool closed for renovations. This is good as its an amazing pool and the reason I go there. Need bigger queen beds"

"不是很喜欢，自助设施不好"
