"This was the perfect location for hosting a bachelorette party. Close to town but still semi-included. Host was great and notified us once the place was ready prior to check-in time and also allowed us to keep our car at the home a few hours after check out. "My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was well-equipped and conveniently located a short walk from the lake, downtown, and Hoover Auditorium. The air conditioning worked great on hot and humid days and on more pleasant days we especially enjoyed relaxing on the front porch. We would definitely stay there again."

Everyone had a wonderful time in the cottage! There were lots of blankets, towels, supplies, and the beds are very comfortable. The view of Cedar Point is stunning and the sunsets were just as beautiful. We will definitely return! Great location & only minutes from the thrill rides! Can’t thank you enough...

"We came out for a baseball tournament in Castalia. This Cozy Cottage was 4.5 miles from the field. It is very close to the lake, it is clean and cozy. The owners have it stocked with about everything you need, which means, I didnt have to run to the store for necessities. We would definitely stay again."

"Our family had so much fun at this location for the 2024 Eclipse. Sandusky had much to offer and the place right on the water was filled with nature. The clubhouse was clean and a great place to hang out. My children said the community bathrooms were the nicest they'd ever seen! Everyone was so friendly and kind. "Booked this property at a certain price, when checking in, price was $120 more than booking price. This would be a major issue for a lot of people. Other than that, the property was fine. But driving 7 hours and finding out they want $120 more, was frustrating to say the least. "
