"I have rented on PIB for 15 years and must admit that this house was one of the nicest. I was newly renovated and very comfortable. The only issue is that you had to walk to one of the bedrooms through another bedroom. To my group it wasnt and issue but if you are looking for privacy it could be. The location was great! I will rent this again."

"There were some hiccups with the cleaning people, which delayed the cottage being cleaned before we arrived. The property owner responded fairly quickly but the property wasn’t ready for us until after 9:00 pm. There were a few maintenance issues (outside window pane broken, bathroom mirror lights inoperable, loose toilet seat, and a nearly full outdoor trash container with the remnants of cleaned fish). But nothing that we couldn’t live with. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"This is the first time as an adult with my daughters that we were able to go on vacation. It was their first time at cedar point & riding roller coasters. EVERYTHING was PERFECT. "My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was well-equipped and conveniently located a short walk from the lake, downtown, and Hoover Auditorium. The air conditioning worked great on hot and humid days and on more pleasant days we especially enjoyed relaxing on the front porch. We would definitely stay there again."

"We stayed here last year, location was decent and the house is roomy and like the fact that there are many beds. The kitchen sink drained very slowly on the right (garbage disposal side) it also backed up when we ran the dishwasher then went down. The dishwasher did not seem to wash the dishes very well. Also it seemed like something was leaking down below, a couple of things were wet but not real bad. The TV remote was no where to be found, used the one from the upstairs which turned on two...

"I was a bit disappointed while at the pool area. There was no supervision / parents and the kids were not listening to the pool employees when told to stop. There was also a line to get into the hot tub and no one was managing that issue. The cottage was great, just wish the pool wasn't so chaotic."

Amazing, affordable hotel
"I was worried at first about this hotel when I booked it. I was extremely surprised by it when we arrived! The staff was amazing, friendly and professional, the room was immaculate, the pool perfect. I loved having the view of the water from my room. The convience of its location was a plus. Amazing restaurant attached, bowling lanes across the street and a boardwalk down the road. My kids absolutely loved it. Beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion I have is they should put restrooms in the pool area. It is only about 15-20 minutes from Cedar Point, 10 minutes from Sandusky Mall area. Very affordable for families. This will be our annual trip hotel. I can't wait to go back! "
