This cottage is special because we could bring our puppy and take him to the beach nearby. We rented a golf cart to drive into town, but even without the cart the location of the cottage provides proximity to town, the state park and the glacial grooves. "Very nice and clean house. Great property manager very easy to get ahold of. Only complaint for my family was not close to a lot of things to do. But also not further then 30 minutes. So still a very great place to stay when you visit Lake Erie. Great view"

"This is a rustic place, but nice. Kitchen is large and bathroom is good sized. Two things to consider before booking: 1. You need to bring your own towels and bedding. 2.You need to pay entry fees and parking to stay in Lakeside. It was $90/day for two adults, two children and on-site parking during the summer. You will be asked for your admission when entering and leaving. Lakeside is nice, and it was very homey. "

"The cottage was very clean and convenient to all the Lakeside fun, without blocks and blocks of walking. The owners are in the house next door and truly could not have been kinder or more helpful. The only slight drawback was that the AC was window units in the living area and the master bedroom. The second bedroom was quite warm, especially with the morning sun coming through the block window. We got some fans and were good. Of course, the best part was being able to bring our beloved pup!"

"We LOVE Kelley’s Island and have been coming yearly for over 20 years. As the family has grown us “kids” now have spouses etc and so there was a need for more room. This house is absolutely perfect. "We loved it! Had my bachelorette party on the island and the house was perfect for that. Great location if you’re looking to walk to all the bars and things. The house itself was so nice! Has everything you need for an extended stay. Check in and out was very easy. You can tell they have put a lot of work into this property and it looks great. The host pretty much had everything we needed covered it was relaxing!"
