Newly updated cottage in GREAT location - Walking distance

Our roomy cottage is the perfect island getaway for families and friends to have fun and unwind. Centrally located, yet off the beaten path - it's walking distance to all of the downtown action. There's also plenty of entertainment space both inside and out to comfortably gather and stretch out.

The large open floor plan gives you the chance to get everyone together. The fully stocked kitchen leads into the large main living area with plenty of lounge and dining seating for everyone.

Outside you'll enjoy the spacious deck and large treed lot - plenty of sun and shade for everyone. You can take your meal outside with the propane grill and large outdoor dining area. The fire pit provides a relaxing night time gathering spot.

The 3 bedroom cottage has 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds and a queen sized memory foam sleeper sofa and can sleep up to 10 people in beds.

2024 Update: All new flooring and paint throughout the home. New mini-split AC/Heating units in each of the bedrooms and main living room. New beds and mattresses in all the bedrooms. Kitchen remodeled in 2022 and bathrooms in 2018.
NOTE: If booking over the weekend, both Friday and Saturday nights must be reserved.

Awesome time at this VRBO. Place was very nice, great beds and great pull out couch. Some nice pots and pans for usage. Showers were very clean and good water pressure/temp. Great location and close proximity to the town. Only small downside was the floors felt a little dirty. Overall GREAT trip and great VRBO

Perfect for a weekend getaway!

We came to celebrate a birthday and our group had a blast! The location is on a quiet street and close enough to walk downtown! The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We also utilized the kitchen for meals and we had all the necessary tools. The deck and grill were an added bonus!

Great house by the lake

This is a perfect location between the downtown area and the lake itself. At the end of Imis Rd is a beautiful area to sit and enjoy the sunrises. Bring your bikes and enjoy the Boardwalk Restaurant for lobster bisque and sweet potato fries. Super relaxing getaway

Volleyball tourney stay

Nicely Updated House- Close to Town

We had such a great time here!! Loved the decor! Beds were comfy! Will definitely book again! WIsh List for next time: 1. linens included (its a lot to bring over linens, when you have laundry on premises) 2. Colder fridge - ice wouldnt solidify.

Family vacation

Our family of 4 were here on vacation. The house was sufficient for what we needed. Plenty of beds and room to hang out. The kitchen also had what we needed to stay for a week. The only thing I didn’t realize when booking is that we had to bring sheets and towels.

Beautiful air conditioned cottage - minutes from the marina strip.

Travelled from near Toronto with 5 fellas to check out the live music and summer time atmosphere that is PUT-IN Bay. This place is about a 10 minute walk from the Boat House Bar and 15 to the Round House. Beautiful cottage (just as the pictures show) until that is located on a quiet street with a very large shaded deck & BBQ. Air conditioning works great and highly recommend this spot for a group of 5 or 6 adults for a great summertime getaway.

A week at PIB

I have rented on PIB for 15 years and must admit that this house was one of the nicest. I was newly renovated and very comfortable. The only issue is that you had to walk to one of the bedrooms through another bedroom. To my group it wasnt and issue but if you are looking for privacy it could be. The location was great! I will rent this again.

Beautiful Property

This was the perfect location for hosting a bachelorette party. Close to town but still semi-included. Host was great and notified us once the place was ready prior to check-in time and also allowed us to keep our car at the home a few hours after check out. The home is very spacious and receives beautiful natural lighting during the day. Deck was great, kitchen was stocked, and furniture was comfortable. Note that you must bring your own linens and sheets. Also note that there are homes all around, not isolated by any means but it was not an issue.

July 4th trip

Great Cottage!

We stayed at this cottage for our annual spring fishing trip to Lake Erie. The stay was fantastic. Beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked very well, enough room throughout the place for our gear and didn’t feel cramped, outside electrical outlet and hose hook up to use, and finally easy access in and out. Was great to have the outside deck for winding down after a long day of fishing.
