"This property is owned by an LLC and is run remarkably efficiently.
I would rent this place again in a second. It was centrally located in an artistic part of the island."
"Beautiful views, really cute house for a nice weekend in or for much needed walking around the neighborhood. Short walks to food, coffee, books and bakery."

8/10 Good
"This was a nice little spot for my family during a recent family reunion. The view was absolutely beautiful. It's a bit hard to find at night if you don't realize you have to turn up the hill.Overall we had a good stay, the bed was probably the worst part. It's incredibly squeaky. And I arrived back to the listing alone with my daughter one afternoon to 2 men who had also booked it offline through the owner. It was uncomfortable to say the least I'm very grateful i had the garage clicker with me so they couldn't get into the property. That was hopefully a one off situation, if they'd fix the bed it would be exceptional."
"We had an amazing stay at BayView Tower! The decor was beautiful and thoughtfully curated, and the condo had everything we could possibly need from kitchen essentials to bathroom supplies, extra blankets, and more. The beach access was fantastic, and we especially appreciated the included kayaks and paddleboard.
We were a bit confused the first time we walked down to the beach in the late afternoon since we only saw a grassy area, but quickly realized it was because the tide had come in! We went back the next morning and were amazed by how much the tide had gone out.
One of the unexpected highlights was seeing wildlife right outside the condo - we spotted a deer on our walk down to the beach one evening, and the next night, we saw three more grazing in the grassy area between our vehicle and the spiral staircase!
The views were absolutely stunning, and we loved relaxing on the balcony. The welcome book was such a thoughtful touch, filled with helpful notes and great local recommendations. Melissa was wonderful - super responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
Highly recommend this peaceful, well-appointed spot - we’d love to come back!"
"The property was currently under construction and understaffed, but that didnt stop the staff from being completely professional. Delia, the gal with the sunflower tattoo on her hand, the cleaning young lady who was cleaning on my floor that day and the next. The young lady closing the lounge at night were all amazing. "
PNW Funky 1970’s home with lots of windows, quiet road, fenced yard.
10/10 Excellent
"This is a really lovely home, with nice design and decor, and a fantastic fenced yard and deck. The view from the kitchen/dining/living room area and deck is stunning -- a view of mountains and sparkling water -- what a beautiful way to start and end the day. The house had everything we could have asked for, and the host was responsive when we had a couple of issues. We loved staying here and highly recommend!A note about July 4th -- in case you are not from the area, be advised that people in this area shoot off A LOT of large, professional-grade fireworks on July 4th (and a little bit the days before and after). If fireworks are your thing, you will love this location! If not, or if someone in your group is sensitive to loud noise, choose a different date for your stay (in the whole area, not just this home)."
