"Room was spacious and clean. Wasn't here for very long. Breakfast was excellent and a good size. Only downside was the info about the shuttle. I called and got the shuttle info which was only partially correct. After a late flight it was a bit frustrating to wait so long. So if you are taking the shuttle, go to terminal 2 or 5. Terminal 2 is door 2E and pickup is every 15 and 45 after the hour (not 30 and hour as the message says)."

"The overall experience stay here was great! Clean apartment! Had everything you needed as if you was leaving at home. Convenient in walking. Willis Tower is a 2 min walk from the place. Only thing is parking. You would have to pay for parking near by if you have a car. I would recommend the parking lot right behind LIVN which you can pay for upfront for how many days you need. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if I had to visit Chicago! Would recommend to anyone!"
