"Staff was often not right at the desk. Instead, they would be back in an office. One night desk staff person was watching a movie on her cell phone with foul language out loud. No ice machine working on any of the floors. Difficult to understand the staff (language barrier). The breakfast was very nice. Many options. The woman handling the breakfast room did an excellent job keeping everything well stocked and cleaned the tables after each guest(s) left their table when finished."
