"Hotel is in a nice location, and room is well appointed and clean. However, beside the hotel is a building field with a huge garbage dumping cart, so the side lake view for superior room is mostly ruined; a lot of group tourists during our stay, hence a bit crowded in public areas."

"Fabulous location near to the centre of town, great free shuttle service to and from the ski lift. Room was clean and comfortable and although there were groups of children staying at the hotel, it was very quiet at night. Good shower and plenty of space in the room. Great choice for breakfast and lovely bar/lounge area to relax. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the housekeeping staff who were very friendly. "

"Nice stay. Airport hotel but be aware it is a taxi ride from the airport (€30 each way for us). Very nice quality hotel, lovely staff, didn't have breakfast as got up early but it looked lovely!"

"Our lake view room was clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony and view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. I am GF and a basket with bread, muffins, cornflakes was provided every day. Orta is a lovely town with good access to boats and lots of different restaurants."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a beautiful place. The rooms and the hotel were very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't eat dinner at the restaurant there, but the breakfast and the servers were outstanding. The hotel is walking distance to the city center where all the shops and restaurants are. The view of the lake from our room was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. You can't go wrong. "
