"The hotel overall is an amazing property with outstanding views. A very nice front desk guy Cande "Papi" helped me a lot and was very diligent to try to give an excellent service. I had an upgrade do that the AC wasn't working in the room I was assigned to. Breakfast was very good and the Capuchinos were amazing. Bathroom ok, but dirty dirty shower. "

"There was not hot water at night to take a shower and I was there during winter. Also, front desk was not knowledgeable about surroundings and when asked to stay 1 hour more in our checkout, they asked to charge 35 euros; I travel a lot and never was charge for 1 hour late checkout. Also the breakfast was mediocre. "

"Very friendly staff in a characterful hotel. Safe area with some good restaurants within walking distance. Supermarket handily placed around the corner. Decent continental breakfast (no hot food options whilst we were there). A little further from the centre of Novara but taxis available "

"We chose this location since near Malpensa airport. But we didn't here planes & its located out in the country. Lovely grounds, nice, clean rooms overlooking pool area. The staff, went out of their way to care for our transportation to & from airport. We had both breakfast & dinner there, very pleased with our meals & entire visits. "

"The Vercelli Palace is a nice hotel. But we only found one restaurant within walking distance. But they had the best pizza of our whole trip! The breakfast buffet at this hotel was excellent!"

"Parking directly to your room is amazing ! The room is nice, clean and the service is more than perfect. thankyou to the workers there ! Sadly, the shower was leaking everywhere after each shower and the bed is really hard; uncomfortable"
