"This hotel is confortable, beds are a little too firm but you still get a nice sleep, pillows are one of the best I used. The WiFi will disconnect your device every 5 minutes so it becomes very annoying trying to connect back again. "The one thing that wasn't perfect was the check-in. Rooms wasnt ready till 4:30pm. Might no be a big deal but thats cutting into my time. Other that that it was great. Our cleaning lady/service lady on the 9th floor I believe her name is Carmen made the difference in our stay. Great person very attentive super helpful and friendly 👍 👏 "

"Beautiful hotel. However, little things could made better. First key card would not open hallway door. Had to go back and reprogram card again ,which is no big deal but more people did show up with same problem. .next, tub was not clean and second day staying it did got clean. No tv. No channel.."
