"The property is excellent and so are the apartments, but the check-in was terrible, I shared the apartment with a colleague who arrived before me and they did not let him in. I had informed the property the day before that he would arrive earlier and gave them his generalities. He even had a copy of my passport. In the end he had to book a room elsewhere for the night."

"The hosts, Stuart and Haiyan, were very friendly and accommodating. Property was close to West Portal neighborhood and public transportation that takes you all over San Francisco."

"Overall a great place to stay. It was very clean and the bad was very comfortable. Having a private bathroom is a luxury. My only dislike was the paper thin door which didn't block out any sounds in or out. "

"The suite was perfect for a weekend stay for a couple and much bigger than we expected! Super clean and host was very responsive and clear on check in instructions! Overall highly recommend this property and would definitely book again in the future :)"

"We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend to explore the city and go to a concert. Dustin was a great host, and was easy to get a hold of. He even took the time to get fresh flowers and pastries from a local bakery, which was amazing. The unit has a tenant living up top, but the insulation is great and we barely heard them up there. Parking is on the street, but there is plenty of room to park. The neighborhood was very quiet, which was nice. The unit itself was very clean, and the beds were...

"Marie and Laurent's accommodations here are wonderful. And the location is perfect, one block from great dining and shopping. The views of the City from here are breathtaking, just a short walk up the hill. "

"Property is in a quiet section of the city but still very accessible to all area attractions. Host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would stay again. "

"This is a great location for access to the village and gondola to the ski runs. If you end up on the other side of the mountain, you can take the bus conveniently back to the village. Ski and board rentals are right across the street as well"
