"Stayed here for 2 nights, overall, it was good experience, except that I felt the room that I stayed should have been cleaned even better as I noticed spider on the room carpet crawling towards the bed...! Also, looks like air freshener was not applied..! so not smell great..!"

"Right by the university. Very convenient for meetings and a short 1-2 day trip. Can park and either walk or take Tamu buses around. All areas very well taken care of. "

"The suites are roomy and the 5:30 kickback is the perfect way to end a long day. The selection of free drinks and snacks hit the spot until you can decide where to go for dinner. The hotel is also within walking distance of some popular restaurant choices so less time on the road. "

"My first time staying at The George hotel was very nice!! Beautiful scenery and great atmosphere!! Really cozy vibes and friendly workers. Bed was very comfortable. Pool area was nice and clean and definitely a nice, relaxing vibe!! Loved it. The pillows were a little too soft for my liking, but that's just a personal preference. I loved the shower, but it was very slippery and it didn't have any shower handles for you to hold on to. A bath mat would have been nice. "
