"We booked because we liked the idea of the rooftop, but we couldn't access it as they were hosting a private event. So next time we'll ask before booking, since we assumed it was included with the reservation. The valet parking service was great; the guy who helped us was very friendly."

"We had a wonderful stay at L7 Chicago. From the moment we arrived, Antonio greeted us and was absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He truly set the tone for a great stay and made us feel welcome from the minute we walked in. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Antonio especially deserves recognition for going above and beyond. We would absolutely stay at L7 again and highly recommend it!"
