"It was close enough to walk to Point State Park, North Shore going across Duquenne Bridge, and Market Square downtown. Or, you could call for a ride and go anywhere in the city. They parked the vehicle for you which was nice. Bell service getting luggage to room was great! Breakfast in the morning was yummy, especially the fried sweet potatoes and the cocktail lounge with food was great and open late. Staff was very nice and helpful! I would go back for sure!"

"We enjoyed our stay with our two grandchildren. The room, 415, was spacious, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and made us feel welcomed. They all seemed to enjoy their job. The housekeeping staff brought us towels and linens that we needed for the pull-out couch. We didn't use the kitchenette except to make coffee which was a surprisingly good tasting cup of coffee. Breakfast was typical with eggs, meat, oatmeal with many toppings, breads, cold cereal and make -your-own waffles which the kids loved. The dining area was roomy, and comfortable with an outdoor seating area complete with a fire pit! The pool was not for me: very small and cold one time but, thankfully, warm the next. The kids enjoyed a swim. We liked the close access to many restraunt choices, walking to the North Shore Park and even Point State Park was just a ten minute walk across the bridge which was a thrilling adventure for the grandkids. Planning to return next summer and rent bicycles."
