"This hotel is beautiful and in the heart of everything downtown. It's clean, quiet, spacious and housekeeping are on top of checking in often to see if your room needs additional essentials and amenities. Bonus: workout facility with all equipment needed and the bedroom doors don't slam to disturb ones sleep. The Front desk staff could use to have a bit more friendly & welcoming energy, but other than that all was great and I would recommend staying at this hotel."
"We were surprised at how great the hotel was because it was a very good price. Very clean and updated, friendly and helpful staff, amenities were great, it was just an overall great place to stay.
We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Pittsburgh. "
"Wanted to see PNC Park, so happens my White Sox were in town. Valet was great, check-in was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, breakfast good, 15 minute walk to PNC. BY the way, on your way to the ballpark, stop in at Tequila Cowboy!"
"The hotel was nice, and it was date night. The staff at check-in and check-out were knowledgeable of the area and of the hotel. This is the second time we stayed at this facility. The first time was a wedding block and this time because I found a good price on Expedia."
"Property was nice, updated, and safe. The only downside was the 45 minute wait for linens to be ready upon arrival. With a check-in time of 4:00 pm, we arrived at the hotel at 6:30 pm and was surprised we had to wait 45 minutes for our room to be ready."
