"This was a fantastic unit for our family of 4 - walking distance to the popular Kings Beach in Tahoe and all the shops and restaurants nearby. The host was very communicative and responsive, even going as far as ordering and delivering cooling fans to the unit when I inquired! The place itself was clean, comfortable and beautifully renovated to a high standard. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. A bonus was the washer/dryer in the unit! Don't hesitate to book this property if you want a lovely vacation in North Lake Tahoe!"

"The description was definitely accurate, especially the upstairs - small set of stairs to loft rooms/no doors. The location is the best part about this place! The yard was nice but needed to be cleaned from all the pollen. Overall we enjoyed our stay!"

"This was a beautiful house, very convenient to the beach. There were lots of nice additions like hammocks in the yard, kayak and sup, and beach chairs nd wagon. Tara was a great host- always replying quickly. I highly recommend this rental!"

"The property site was excellent. Love the sand. Room proximity to the beach was excellent. The unit we stayed in had some issues; oven didn’t work. Burner on stovetop didn’t work. Toilet broke. Shower door didn’t stay closed. Both tv’s didn’t work."
