"This property at Kings Beach was everything we were looking for and hoping for. The location was outstanding, with a gorgeous view of Lake Tahoe and only steps from the beach. We appreciated the two bedrooms and especially the two bathrooms. It had all we needed to prepare our meals when we ate in. Every morning and every evening we went down to the beach to view the sunrise and sunset. We appreciated being close enough to the places we wanted to visit and hike, such as Donner Lake and Emerald Bay State Park, as well as other hikes we did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it!!"

"We loved this property! It was very clean, spacious and had everything you would need on vacation.The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was brand new and very functional.Very close to the center and the beach. We walked everywhere and only used the car once to go to the Safeway.Other travelers mentioned the proximity to the school. We stayed while it was back in session and didn't have any problems at all - traffic wise and noise wise. The neighborhood is very quiet and we truly enjoyed our time there. We will definitely go back in the future."

"Great cabin. Loft bed a little steep climb on ladder especially going down! Slept well in loft but would recommend fire extinguisher on wall upstairs. Host thought of everything in kitchen & bathroom. Excellent location. Lots of fun at brewery. Mexican market made fantastic breakfast burritos and White caps pizza was awesome. Bus system free and convenient and very nice drivers. Truly enjoyed our stay, thank you..."

"Overall, we had a great stay! The amenities were nice, and the host was very communicative and responsive. Previous reviews mentioned the need for doors between the rooms, but there are now doors, so privacy should be much better.I also noticed some comments about the smaller size of the downstairs toilet. As a 6-foot male, I was able to fit comfortably, so it wasn’t an issue for me.The space is very welcoming, in a great location, and super cute overall. It really lives up to the “cottage in the woods” aesthetic and was exactly what we were hoping for. The bikes and kayaks were also a great perk and very nice to have access to.Would easily recommend staying here!"
