"Price was fair, but check-in was a hassle. The office was locked during posted hours and we had to call a number, along with a few other confused guests. Turns out it’s a keyless check-in, but you only know that if you book directly through their website honestly, it feels like the property is being run by someone sitting at home. Room was basic nothing special, just a place to sleep and park. Also, the non-smoking policy didn’t seem enforced since people were smoking right outside. Overall, not terrible, but definitely frustrating."

"Amazing view of the lake from both 2nd and 3rd floors. The communication from the property manager was excellent and on-time. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Great walkability to coffee, ice cream, and pizza shops. Only complaint is that both toasters were broken. We will definitely rent again and recommend to friends."

"This is our second time staying at Edgelake and we love staying in these condos by the lake instead of a tiny hotel room. Relaxed home away from home style stays that help save money from eating out on vacation with the full kitchen. This unit was a little outdated and we couldn't control the temperature, which oddly enough meant we were to hot all night. Nothing wrong with the beds, per se, but not too my liking and I didn't sleep well. But it's literally on lake Tahoe and close to Northstar which check two big boxes for me in addition to a much more relaxing option than hotels. We will likely stay here again but would love to see a little upgrading. "

"Cute little cabin with an enclosed yard for our dogs to play in. We had a great time! Really appreciate the host for accommodating us, as we requested to stay an extra night due to a winter storm. Overall, we’d come back! Thank you!"

"A very excellent vocation! Absolutely beautiful location with a fully accommodating condo to enjoy the .the beach centered in a unique old school town. Palisades are a 20 minute drive through lakeside towns and mountains, Very convenient for those who crave the snow slides."

"From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. The thoughtful basket of goodies, on the kitchen island, the home clean and cozy on arrival. The downstairs bed was comfortable. The bathroom is very small, yet all of my husband and my toiletries all fit in the space. The two sofas very comfortable and enough space in the living room for yoga or an at home workout. The kitchen had everything I needed to make a meal each day of our stay. The lake, restaurants and shops all walking withinwalking distance. The only item missing, is a vacuum cleaner and I say this as a clean freak. I like to keep things tidy no matter where I stay. We were able to hike several trails during our stay. We want to thank Andrea for all of her kind and thoughtful hospitality. We look forward to returning."
