No one was there when we arrived, so I sent a text, and Marshall said he would be back in 5 minutes. Any questions we had were answered promptly in person or via text. "Stayed here for one evening and it’s a lovely hotel. It’s certainly NOT haunted but there is a lot of noise from other travelers that will keep you up at night. It’s a pretty loud between the people and AC unit. It’s a nice room. Toilet and shower rooms are separate, Not sure I would stay here again for what it is, but it was an experience. Restaurant was good, I would recommend that. "
