"I stayed here for the night to attend a conference at the Essex tech school. The location was perfect for where I needed to be in the morning- just 1 mile away. Reasonable price, easy friendly check in process. Rooms are a lttle run down and need some attention, cosmetic stuff. But relatively clean. Bed was pretty comfortable, shower had good water pressure and shampoo conditioner and soap in dispensers on the tub wall. TV worked well. I had a virtual meeting that night and wifi was...

"Wonderful view of Joppa Flats from second floor deck. Walking distance to Clipper Rail Trail, boat ramp, shops, restaurants. Private patio was great for meals and for our two Labs. Spacious living room. Beds comfortable. Didn’t feel a need to leave…had it all right there."
