"The front desk agent, when I checked in, was super nice. She went above and beyond. I booked a room type which at the end I didn’t need and she accommodated me to an ideal room type that was ready. Room was ok. Bathroom needs touch up for sure. Phone was not working at all. A lot of foot noise above but I mean that’s ok. Not much of an issue. Next door neighbors were a bit rowdy. "Cannot reach the number on the itinerary to arrange for check-in/keys. Got to the address. House is all dark. No way to get in. Sketchy neighborhood. On the phone with Expedia for a long time to find the owner of the house. No luck. Expedia found an alternative accommodation - a 2 star hotel at the same price - a far cry from the Vacation Home we were expecting. Expedia was not informed this property is no longer for listing. Horrible experience with 3 tired kids late in the night...

"Please save urself a headache DO NOT BOOK! I contacted the management company multiple times no answer! People already rented the house for the month when I arrived. Called the management company finally she answered and didn't give a crap about anything, she was rude, n obnoxious! I had difficulty finding another room at great rate. Please remove this house and anything affiliated with this company! "
