"We loved this hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and so well appointed. So many hip hotels disappoint with their space but between the places for clothes, the super comfy bed, the robes, and everything else, this felt like modern luxury. The staff were terrific. And the location made it easy to get anywhere."

"I chose this hotel for its close proximity to the Chicago Marathon starting line, it couldn't have been a more perfect location. The hotel check was easy and the rooms were clean, comfortable for our needs. We were able to leave our luggage with the front desk upon check out on Marathon day as we were flying home after the race but had to check out the morning of the race. My only issue was the extremely high price for the weekend but that is my own fault for not booking earlier once deciding to enter the race, I assume the cost would have been much lower if I had booked more in advance but hindsight - 20-20 .A great weekend and a lovely hotel."

"this hotel has been around for many years and is definitely a bit tired. The lobby is extremely small and could use sprucing up in some expansion. The elevators need a pass to go to the floor, which I totally agree with but that sad there is no or appears to be no freight elevator for staff to use as a result you have staff doing functions and guests trying to get to their room. Nothing wrong with the hotel. It just needs some renovation. Location wise cannot beat it. It’s in a fabulous location and very convenient to everything."

"Very clean and well maintained hotel. Has daily housekeeping service which is nice, bedding and linens are good quality. Rooms are fairly simple but functional, bathroom is small but plenty of hot water. Wifi was horrible in our room, even the SmartTV lost signal, maybe our location close to the elevators. Got plenty of signal in the lobby. Good location near shops and restuarants on the Magnificent Mile, but can be quite noisy from the street plus emergency vehicles heading to the hospital down the block. There is no restaurant just a snack bar for mornings and vending machine for evenings. No room service. Plenty of food options close by. Bar is open in evening for 5 days. Bartender is great."
