You can't beat the convenience of the location (near to market, pharmacy, etc.), the breeze off the water, the POOL, and the proximity to restaurants & activities, or Portsmouth, Kittery, & Ogunquit. We rent the bungalow because it is large, dog friendly, & we can entertain family in the area for dinner, etc. It is always impeccably clean & Doug and his staff are always communicative and quick to respond. We have stayed at other locations...

"This lovely old home has the most modern interior that is a comfortable distance to Portsmouth without being in the city. Attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness as well as the fully stocked beverages that can be added to your bill. I was able to reach Doug immediately concerning check-in as I was having trouble getting my home internet and he was so helpful. Should we come back again we will definitely stay here as they even allowed our 58 pound dog Emma to be with us. Emma loved...
