Rye Motor Inn is an adults-only (21+)apartment hotel situated along the Atlantic Ocean in Rye, NH. We are housed in a newly renovated 1956 motel and free standing bungalow house. From Memorial Day through the end of September, our oversized outdoor heated pool is available for guest use. Newly refurbished 1BR apartment in the 1950s Bungalow House at the Rye Motor Inn. Retro, boho decor with one king bed and one twin sleeper sofa. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo. Max capacity: 3 adults aged 21+. Stunning ocean views of Shoals Islands on your semi-private deck. Includes access to oversized, heated outdoor pool Memorial Day to late Sept. On-site parking is available at $29/night when booking through VRBO/Home Away. Dog Friendly: $50/night per dog, 1 dog max, no size limit. Guest must alert host if traveling with a dog.

This was my family's second stay at the Rye Motor Inn. You can't beat the convenience of the location (near to market, pharmacy, etc.), the breeze off the water, the POOL, and the proximity to restaurants & activities, or Portsmouth, Kittery, & Ogunquit. We rent the bungalow because it is large, dog friendly, & we can entertain family in the area for dinner, etc. It is always impeccably clean & Doug and his staff are always communicative and quick to respond. We have stayed at other locations run by his team on New Castle Island & in downtown Portsmouth. They are are beautifully decorated, dog friendly, and convenient. You won't regret booking with them!
