"We loved that there was an indoor pool and an outdoor hot tub. We also really enjoyed the outdoor fire pits and the complimentary s'mores kits that were offered at the front desk! Every staff member we met was so helpful and respectful. The location was ideal for all the activities we were interested in in North Conway, Jefferson, and Bartlett. The room was very clean and lots of room for our family of 4. "

"This was a last minute trip for us, we love that the property was easy to book, let us check in late at night and made it easy to get checked in and showing us around. The view was amazing and we were excited about all the stuff available in the area. The pool was so nice to wake up to, while we were only in the area for less than 24 hours, I would definitely recommend and come back again! "

"Room was dirty . Drawers had crumbs and other debris in them. Sheets were stained. Mini fridge had multiple spills in it. The pool area was nice. I would not recommend this hotel. I will give the staff at the front desk 10/10 The ladies were welcoming and very helpful "
