"We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events."

Living room with lots of light and bonus sofa bed and chair bed.

"House was very clean. Neighborhood is very good. If you plan a visit to NYC this house is located on a mayor boulevard and have a super easy access to city transportation. 119 bus route will take you right in to the heart of the big apple. Ana, was super friendly and answered all my questions. Thanks Ana."

"Condo is on the 5th floor with NO elevator. Only had one bath towel each for 6 days. No hand towels or wash cloths. Dead bugs on the floor. Bathtub drain was clogged and backed up inside the tub of material in the drain. Limited bedding on beds. No window coverings in one bedroom. The 3 of us are in our 60's and one with limited mobility. If you don't mind bugs and carrying your luggage up 5 flights then this is the rental for you."

"This property was so charming and was a perfect place for a low-key social outing for my birthday weekend. The hosts were so lovely and were sure to accommodate and answer any questions. I so heavily recommend this to anyone looking for a good stay in the area!"

"Everything was clean and the place was so well-stocked with everything a family could possibly need. Amazing central location too. Restaurants, coffee shops, parks and the PATH were within a 5 minute walk but the street itself was so quiet. Did I mention that there’s a parking garage next door? This is definitely going to be our go-to place when we’re visiting the NY/NJ area."

"We went with my 4 kids. It was an amazing experiences. Incredible space, considering this is NYC, 4 bedrooms with amazing views to financial Center and even a little part of Brooklyn bridge. The personal was excellent and the room super clean! Totally recommended "

"This Hotel is in Times Square, which is a central location and the perfect location for the majority of tourist attractions, but sadly not the best one......it is noisy and dirty, a lot of weird people around which makes you feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The police in the area are useless, they do not do much about keeping the streets free of all these unpleasant people."
