"The location was great however the description of the rental unit was off a bit. It looks like the description has been updated recrntly so it seems like it will be good for future stays. Overall decent stay- would recommend pest control as we noticed ants in the bedrooms. (No food was around). Great location- easy to commute to the city."

"Wonderful and responsive host, quick to respond to inquiries. Perfect, clean house with ample living space and private back yard, in a quiet neighborhood. Super clean accommodations inside with all amenities. Started the mornings with a relaxing walk to and then along the bay. Easy driving to friends and attractions. Very reasonably priced and highly recommended!"

"Perfectly acceptable space, though hasn't been deep cleaned in a long time (doesn't bother me, but may bother others). Right next to Little India in Jersey City and easy to get into Manhattan from this location. Property manager was easy to communicate with and reach."

"The room was very clean, except the towels were stained. The heat wasnt working and it was fixed immediately. Only other issue was certain tv channels did not work properly. There was some garbage and cigarette buts outside. The price was affordable. Overall i was happy. And would stay here again. Huge plus they allow pets for a small extra charge."

"Nice place. Quiet and convenient location, close to public transportation. Host was great. He was ready and available for anything you need. The only con for me was the parking. It's not as accessible as it seems from the listing. You can fit in the backyard but the narrow driveway between houses might be difficult depending on your vehicle. The upstairs tenants also block the driveway so you'll end up stuck either way. Host was nice enough to let us park in the grass but you have to maneuver...

"We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events."

"home was well laid out. queen bedroom and small bath on main level. two additional queen bedrooms and large bath second level. nice yard. bathrooms were stocked with toiletries and plenty of towels. kitchen very well stocked. the only issue was with the neighbors dogs barking very early in morning. i realize this is not the owner's fault, but quite annoying"

"The hosts were in contact with me before our trip during our trip and on check out welcoming us and giving us some tips of what to visit. They went above and beyond. The house was so clean and amazing if we come back I will definitely be staying here. They also provided many ways to get to NYC which helped us out a lot"

"This property has a spacious and well maintained backyard. The firepit was surrounded by comfortable patio couches. The interior was spacious for the 6 of us staying here. It was clean and had everything we could possibly need to cook/clean. Location is super close to Manhattan and it was quiet surrounding the house. The only trouble with the area is the street parking in Jersey City, but the accommodations outweigh the 1 negative. The host is easy to reach and will answer any questions about...

"We enjoyed our stay. The location was great for us since we have family nearby. The first floor worked well…the kitchen is up to date and functional. The second floor bed set up wasn’t ideal - the double bed should be set up better to have 3 functional bedrooms. The only other comments are we missed having a w/d and the router signal was weak which affected tv transmission. Overall, we had a very enjoyable visit."
