It has full kitchen with utensils, coffee machine, refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, washer and dryer, etc. Has a very nice and spacious living room, dining room, patio and BBQ facility. Well kept. Nice for family vacation. Not far from the beach and grocery stores and restaurant. The Indian restaurant “Chad” delivers food to the house. Delicious food. Also, nice couple that owns it. "

"It is a very short walk to the beach and you can enjoy a pleasant stroll along the smooth sand. Located north of the main Orewa shopping area it is still an easy walk to the restaurants. We were upstairs and had glimpses of the sea and the gently breaking waves. We would stay there again."
