Welcome to Milford Auckland, only 12 mins drive to CBD, close to Takapuna beaches, with cafes, supermarket, malls nearby.

The stunning home with a pool, spa and large outdoor entertaining areas, it is a perfect place to create fabulous holiday memories.

It can comfortably sleep up to 15 people, comes with 4 king bed rooms, 2 single rooms, 1 bunk bed room and a large sofa bed for back up. The king beds can be split into two single beds upon request.

This property is definitely not suitable for late night drinking parties after 10pm. Daytime and early evening events is ok.

Our group of adults and teenagers attending a school competition in Takapuna thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is designed to accommodate and entertain a large group staying together. Beautiful lighting and comfortable throughout. The teenagers loved the pool table and hot tub (too cold for the pool, this time). Loray is very friendly, easy to communicate with, and helpful.

Thank you for our wonderful stay. Was perfect for our swimmers and managers. Easy distance to pool. House was lovely and well equipped. Plenty of space. Great that the king beds can be split up Thank you very much Will definitely use again when we need accommodation again in Auckland Host was lovely and very easy to work with.
