"The room was clean and tidy, very presentable. It looking a little tired but it was good comfortable stay. One thing to remember, they dont service the room everyday. Its every third day so if you like your privacy and you dont mind keeping things tidy yourself you're going to be fine. We were on the 16th floor so we had a fantastic view of lake Pupuki and Auckland city with the sky tower. The staff are helpful and friendly. "I have been staying here for over 5 years whenever I go to Auckland the staff are awesome rooms are clean appreciate parking covered n secure. I found I had sore neck which I thought were beds but turns out I took my own pillow and no neck pain not hard really love all the shops"

We stayed last year and liked it so much that we booked again for December, but in the meantime needed a last-minute trip and decided to try them again — glad we were able to get a room. It didn’t disappoint. The room was clean and comfortable. A little kitchenette is a great bonus even though we didn’t use it, and having a coffee press in the room was a huge plus.
