"The rooms and bathrooms are small and cramped, and the service is only mediocre. Compared to other 4-5 star hotels in Japan that I've stayed in, this one only deserves about 3 stars. The only advantages are its rather grand exterior and its location near the airport, but overall the stay was quite disappointing."

"Fabulous breakfast with plenty of choices, the Japanese dishes in particular are so yummy. Reception staff were really helpful, especially with sending our luggage to our next destinations as it was our first time doing it. Room was a bit small but super clean with loads of amenities. Very convenient with a 7-11 located in the same building. Location was great, quiet bit still central. All in all, very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again."
