"Interactive check in is convenient. But you have to rely on your cellphone in order to go in and out, which isn't always reliable when using roaming. There is a plastic room card, which unfortunately didn't work when I tried it. Another guest confirmed it didn't work when she tried it either. Apart from that a very good hotel experience. "

"We only stayed here one night, but the hotel room itself was very great. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. They had a great kids area where the kids could stay and play and it was a very short walking distance to some great cafés in the morning. We enjoyed their breakfast buffet as well."
