"The rooms aircon was broken, we were not informed of this. They had provided an alternative aircon machine and freestanding fan, however both were very noisy so unable to have on when trying to sleep, which meant a restless night due to temperature and no fresh air. Positives, able to use the luggage store on arrival, paid to use the pool, loungers around pool were not comfortable but plenty of them."

"This is a nice and clean apart hotel. Near city centre, the museum and uni. Perfect to make your own breakfast and more if you like. "

"Spacious and comfortable. Would recommend as only 10-15 min walk to castle and main part of town. Not much within 5 minutes walk though."

"We enjoyed a cosy stay at Inn Cardiff. The property is within easy walking distance from the train station, trail walk, castle and shopping precinct, as well as a number of eating venues. The availability of a microwave, tea/coffee making facilities and a supply of crockery and cutlery was very convenient for sandwich making and breakfast in the room. Steve was available to answer our questions which was a big help."

"Good location and under a 25min walk into the city centra. Roomy one bed apartment with good sized rooms throughout. Safe environment within a gated community with security on site. Affordable and secure parking. Room heating was too hot; controls not very responsive - please check! Also, bathroom towel rail though it carried a warming notice is far too hot!"

"It is extremely disappointing that such an unsatisfactory property is featured on your website. Upon arriving with my family, I was astonished that this property is listed, especially given the condition of the surrounding area. There were garbage bags placed outside the entrance, emitting an unpleasant odor. It is unsafe for families with children to stay in such an environment. "Great location with Lansdowne pub just underneath. Great spot. Communication was spot on and easy. A little outside of city center but a lovely walk to it. "

"Safe, 24 hour front desk/ security. Washer/dryer a very nice amenity. Short walk to pubs and restaurants, as well as train station. Downside is that the key pickup is several blocks from the property. Highly recommend overall!"

"Small accomodation, but when not a lot there it's fine to have all basics available. Cleaning was good, nice beds and kitchen tools could be improved. Espcially a dishwasher would be great. Furthermore, location is good with about a 15-20 minute wlk to the city centre."

"Amazing value for money and apartment was really nice just tired in a few areas. Curtains need replacing, also bathroom door needs to be fixed. Lovely apartment decor but cleanliness could be better. I trod on a small bit of glass and there was some melted chocolate substance on the bed side table that should have been cleaned. Could not fault the value for money. "

"Check-in was friendly and smooth. Room was spacious, clean and comfy; shower was particularly good. Only areas for improvement - there were couple of minor areas needing repair (card slot to turn on lights coming off and hand soap nozzle loose) and could do with more hangers in the wardrobe. Breakfast had a lot of choice and very good quality in a lovely setting. Location is very convenient for city centre. Overall a great stay and fantastic value for money, will definitely be back."
