Room as expected accept so hot! Hosts had left a fan and cold drinks and lollies to help, but it was difficult to sleep at 33 degrees in the room - much cooler in the corridors and 25 degrees outside. Good location - able to walk to city centre but unbearably hot in room!

Lovely rooms and really great location. Perfect for us as a young family, where we could go out in the day and then pop back for a break or for lunch before heading out again. Would definitely use again if visiting Cardiff.

Good location, smooth checkin and staff member I encountered on arrival was friendly. Comfy bed, plenty of pillows & towels. Enough plates / utensils etc for 2, needs a chopping board. Ground floor studio felt a little exposed as vehicle and pedestrian traffic going past window - which was frosted to eye level & then some gaps to look out from - I had the blinds down all the time which wasn’t ideal. Very warm room & little ventilation available. Bathroom could do with some shelving and hooks and a toilet seat! Basin is very small & too low.

The location was great and the onsite staff (cleaning personnel and maintenance guy) were very helpful. It was difficult to get ahold of the host (Amelia) in a timely manner and very little was offered to address the horrible heat in the rooms. The room offered the bare minimum in terms towels, toilet paper, etc. Rooms are a lot smaller than they appear online but the primary problem was the heat.

The staff was great, amazing and effective communication throughout the stay. The room was quaint and cozy and close to everything I needed. Also loved having laundry on site. Remember, it is still a hotel, so the beds aren't the most comfortable and the water temp and pressure took some adjustment, but all in all, was a great space to stay

Great stay. Lovely, modern, clean apartment. Only negative was the heat/temperature. There was a bit of a heatwave outside and the Dyson fan provided did nothing to cool the roasting apartment atmosphere. Aircon would have been welcomed but aside from that I would happily stay again (as long as there’s not a heatwave!).

I very rarely write reviews. I was in cardiff for work. It was a lovely studio. Nice clean room, TV, wifi, hotshower. Stone throw from town but nice quiet road. I wasn't driving so can't comment on parking. Instruction was sent via email but I received a phone call prior too. Very easy Instructions.

Pleasant accommodation close to university, with cooking facilities Accommodation was clean , warm and had everything we needed for our stay. Only issue is no on site parking but parking in nearby streets is possible (payable and maximum 5 hours) with a larger NCP car park within 5 minutes walk Would stay there again and would recommend for a short stay.

We had 3 apartments 1. The fridge was freezing the food The second we couldn’t close the freezer The are giving only one roll of toilette paper for a family of 4 The main door of the building is not locked so every one can get inside check out time is 1100 so why the cleaning man arrives at 1030 The location is great

For the price, it is decent place to stay. Right next to city centre and a large park. I got the studio apartment, it gets quite warm in there when I visit. The extractor fan isn't quite strong enough to cool the room. The bathroom is tidy enough but the drain was blocked so shower tray fills up with water and when I arrived the face towel supplied are lying on the wet floor...

We were thrilled to find this property at a reasonable price and great location during Six Nations. Communication from the property was clear and timely. The shower had been damaged by a previous tenant, so I sent an email to the property and two friendly gents came to fix it within 2 hours. Great response! Queen Street shops and a Tesco are a 10 minute walk away. Central Cardiff arcades are 15-20 minutes away. When we come back we will look to reserve this space again.

The location was excellent for us as we wanted the museum, almost opposite, and the Conservatoire only some ten minutes walk. It was also some distance from the stadium, where a very loud concert was taking place. Shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance. Much time would have been saved if the entrance instructions had explained the main entrance is not in Park Place but in St Andrew's Place. When checking out, we found two plastic cards which presumably could be used instead of having to key in security numbers each time, but this was not explained. Accommodation is tiny and pretty basic. Likewise the shower room lacked any refinement such as somewhere to put your washing things and the floor had not been cleaned properly.

The property was in a very good location, less than a 10 min walk to the centre and to the castle (we had come to attend a music event) it was lovely to be so close. The only downside was there was no opening window, it was a sealed unit. The weather is no fault of the owners and though they had provided a fan the room was uncomfortably hot.
