"We stayed at Royal Sonesta from April 13-16.2025, The rooms were great , the bathroom had jacuzzi and it was not very much in an operational state . Lots of features were not working. May be remove jacuzzi and just add a simple shower ? Breakfast in restaurant was great in terms of selections but service was sloppy.
