I’m fully happy with Pyramisa Hotel Luxor. Words cannot describe the beauty of this location. If heaven on earth needs to be seen it is here. We stayed there for 2 days, my kids loved it . We could see fabulous Nile view from our room. The calmness of Nile with backdrop mountains is beyond description. Staffs were phenomenal. The manager Wael allowed us to stay beyond check out for easiness of travel before flight . I would definitely recommend and will be staying there next time as well. Keep it up Pyramisa Hotel.

Pyramisa hotel was wonderful, the massage lady was professional and the massage was great. We ate at the Chinese restaurant inside the hotel and the breakfast was incredible!

This hotel was brilliant, fulfilling our requirements. The pool was amazing set by the Nile and the staff were really friendly both around the amenities and in the hotel itself. The downside was the rooms are a little tried and a refresher should bring it up to western levels. It is also a little further out of Luxor, making it challenging to escape the offers of taxis and horse carts, when walking into the centre.

3 star because Room was clean, nice property, breakfast buffet was really big and spread out and restaurant food was really good BUT Check-in process was frustratingly long and then they assigned a wrong room number, internet/wifi did not work at all and reception staff not helpful /no PR.

This is a 3 star hotel NOT a 4 star as rated. Not much variety of food during breakfast or dinner, repeated items. Rooms are basic and small. There is no internet available in the rooms, which was very annoying. The only positive thing l can say about this hotel, is that our room had a Nile view. Staff there could hardly speak English.

The hosts of this little hotel are very good people. Friendly service and treat you like family. Amazing views of the pyramids while you have breakfast on the rooftop. Will definitely be returning.

Friendly and proactive staff, with safety and comfort top of mind. The hotel is one of the oldest in the area and is dated, but it is well maintained and kept clean. Daily breakfast was fantastic and the morning views of the hot air balloons and the Nile were soon mom it incredible.
