"Staff and security were very welcoming.Check in was quick and very informative about activities and all the amenities they offer.Room was very comfortable with a mini fridge which allowed us to stay in and eat in after being outside in the Luxor heat.Swimming pool was so relaxing with nice view of Nile river and mountains in distance.Continental breakfast with fresh pastries,omelettes,and fruit was the perfect start to the day.Would definitely recommend and would stay again.Also very close to everything and great central point for all activities"

"Our room was really spacious!! Could have been handicap accessible because it had that much space!! Staff was super friendly, welcoming and attentive! The property is huge, so you are able to call for a cart to come pick you up! We ate at the Asian restaurant which was okay! Lobby is always busy but I would say the grounds are pretty quiet. The pool with slide obviously attracts more kids than the one located closer to the lobby. You will need an outlet adapter. The hotel does have some but we weren't able to get them to work. Pro Tip* the outlet in the bathroom under the hair dryer works with a normal US plug (wink)"
