We had a medical situation happen while staying and the staff was able to direct us to the help we needed. The rooftop bar was amazing and being a guest of the hotel let us skip the line. Amazing service. If I ever return to the city this is the only hotel I would stay in. "

The hotel is directly physically adjacent to amusement park Prater—quiet for our stay away from park, but noise could be a problem. Comfortable room. We would stay here again."
