The hotel itself is lovely! And the staff are very accommodating and cannot do enough for you. They serve a very good buffet breakfast each morning and in terms of location it’s great. If you choose to walk it’s only a 15-20 minute walk into the center, or there is an exit of the closest underground station just outside the main hotel doors! Highly recommen

Extremely bad service, first they gave me a dirty room with all the garbage of the previous guest, then when I've asked for assistance getting a day trip they told me they cannot help, when I wanted a snack it basically never came. The window in the room couldn't be opened, really it was an awful experience. I wrote a review in Google and a hotel management answered rejecting my complaints, 2 hours later I came back to the room around 5:00 just to discover that nobody cleaned it. Very poor management I will never go back there again.
