"The staff were super friendly and helpful with any questions. Breakfast had a nice variety of items. Room was basic but comfortable and roomy, great to have a kitchenette. Loved the high ceilings and classic feel of the room/building. Location was awesome and convenient for transportation/restaurants/shopping/beach. Would definitely recommend. "

"You can’t beat the location at this price. The steps are definitely a hike - especially with luggage - but if that’s not an issue for you, give this place a look. The views are worth it. We had enough space for our luggage and a space to drink wine in the evening and have breakfast in the morning. Stanislas was very responsive when we had an issue, getting it addressed as quickly as possible. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Nice hotel very close to the train station. If you are planning trips to nearby places like Mono and Cannnes, great location. Only a short walk to the beach. Super friendly and nice staff. Rooms look cool but a few small things that need repair or replacement. All in all - very nice 👍 "

"Great location in Nice. Near the train station and airport. It is an older apartment and needs repairs. There is one bathroom that is split into 2 rooms. One room has shower and double sink the 2nd room has the toilet and small sink. Sofa bed is really bad so the 5th person had to sleep on the sofa which wasn’t much better. It is a self service apartment so bring your own supplies, including toilet paper. Check in was easy, communication was fine. Location is the best part."

It's also near to the transportation station and main station that can take you to Cann, and other part of Nice Area. "We had a street view room; quiet, very clean and comfortable, but limited space for storage though, just some hangers, no shelves or closet. Had coffee machine & mini fridge. Our only complaint is the sewer smell coming from the bathroom is very strong. Even though the hotel is under renovation, it didn’t bother us. Centrally located so could walk almost everywhere - beach was about 15 min walk away. We didn’t partake of breakfast at the hotel, but did see quite a variety of offerings. ...
