"The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms was quiet clean and size is cozy. the location of the hotel is near to the beaches around 11 minutes by car and 30 minutes by walk. the breakfast we did not try because they had gnats. the hotel is more more cupules and for 1 child."

"I recently stayed at the Hotel Mercure Nice Promenade and had a mixed experience. On one hand, the hotel itself is wonderful. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Nice, and the room was spacious, clean, and modern, providing a very comfortable stay. Unfortunately, our first impression was ruined by a very rude check-in experience with one receptionist. She struggled to find our reservation, eventually finding it under my first name instead of my last name. She then insisted that the...

"La chambre supérieure était assez spacieuse et très propre. Les chambres sont bien rénovées. Si vous cherchez un endroit central et propre, celui-ci est parfait. Par contre il y a énormément de bruit la nuit. Si vous avez le sommeil léger, je vous déconseille fortement."

There was also no bathtub, despite this being part of what we expected from the room booked. To make matters worse, on the first night we were actually given a different, lower-category room, while we were still going to be...
