"The location is good just a few minutes walk to the tram or bus station. My room is 404 which has a sea view. But there is a drain smell once you open the room door, and the stink becomes stronger when you open the toilet door, the terrible smell comes from all the drains such as the kitchen sink, the shower tub, the toilet bowl, and the toilet sink. Keep the toilet door closed does help, but imagine when you are using the toilet you are breathing in the great stink!"
