"The location of this hotel is to die for. As a tourist, I would venture to say you would be hard pressed to find a better located hotel. You are so close to all of the main attractions of Nice: the beach, Castle Hill, Promenade de Anglais, Place Massena, Old Town, not to mention about a 15min from the Nice-Ville train station which can take you anywhere on the French Riviera. The price of the room felt fair, the rooms were cleaned everyday. My only two complaints with the room was that one day...

"My home away from home!"

"This was a wonderful hotel on our trip to France and Italy. The room was spacious and very clean. We had a great view of the city the room is well sound insulated. When you open your door and step in the hall in the morning, smells of a delicious breakfast beckon you downstairs. A terrific way to start the day! I read the reviews and booked. One of my best trip decisions! "

"The room was clean and nice colour scheme bathroom modern and clean. Shower was good. Polite reception. Couldn't work heating/airconditioning but wasn't issue.Near station and and main shopping area. "

"Good location close to train station, decent size room with basics. The walls seem a bit thin and could hear the traffic outside as well as some of the neighbors but overall a nice experience. Very close to some grocery shops, restaurants, and the main Massena / Jean-Medecin areas. We did not purchase the breakfast but rather went to some of the cafes and restaurants for breakfast each day. Would stay here again!"

"The hotel was spotlessly clean and in a perfect location near Garibaldi Place and the old town. It was also near the tram and bus stop which was ideal for exploring Nice and the surrounding area. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and polite and made us feel really welcome. Our room was cleaned every day. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. This hotel deserves at least 4*!"

"Location is excellent. In the middle of pedestrian streets, tons of restaurants and shopping and minutes to walk to the beach. Very comfortable room and great staff . Great value. Definitely recommend. "

"Like everything except of if you do not use AC and open balcony/window It will be very noisy from the parking below. Sometimes feels smocking smell in the room. But if you in hot time with AC you do not hear noise."

"A good place to stay"

"Staff was very friendly. Particularly Amine at the reception. Breakfast was very nice. Our very small room was located on the 6th floor was clean. However, the bathroom had a bad odor all the time. We were traveling with another couple and they experienced the same from their room and bathroom."

"All the staff was helpful and friendly. Housekeeping even found and returned a wallet with cash intact. The room and bad were quite basic, and small, as to be expected at the value pricing offered."

"The service was fantastic. We love Zach. The room was clean and the perfect size. Absolutely no complaints. It was located in the main Nice area. Central to everything. Lots to do and explore. Close to Nice Ville, the train station. I highly recommend it!"

"Great location. Also parking. There were restaurants that you could walk to. Parking was tight but we could get our larger car in space. Hard to find entrance to hotel. Look for sign for restaurant Oasis. Hotel is a bit dated. Shower was very small. Did not provide coffee machine or kettle to boil water."
